- Vice Chairperson
- Secretary to post and take Minutes (Non Committee Member recommended)
- Create Mission Statement
- Review of Property Documents
- “Original” concept of Federal City Complex
- Any available maps, surveys, photos, etc.
1. What depts. / facilities should / could be in the complex
2. Assign / Create Sub-committees as defined by the Needs Assessment
3. Discuss / Create timeline for certain objectives
